- All orders are delivered within 1-3 business days after receiving payment.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will contact you by phone or email.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are 5-10 business days within India, though this can vary based on the specific courier service.
- We currently only offer shipping within India.
3. Shipment Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.
4. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
- If you wish to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each location.
5. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
- Please make sure to provide a valid email address and phone number during checkout for updates.
6. Shipping Delays
- Vintage Curiosity is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by courier services, unforeseen weather conditions, or other external factors. However, we will do our best to support and communicate any delays.
7. Damages and Lost Shipments
- Vintage Curiosity is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and the packaging.
- We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve issues. However, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
8. International Shipping
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped within India.
